Another restless night...didn't get too much sleep. My vitals (temperature, blood pressure & pulse) had to be checked couple of times through the night. At 5:00 am my blood samples were taken for testing. This is done every day. Everything is tested like full blood counts ie red blood cell count, white blood cell count and platelets, electrolyte levels ie sodium, potassium, etc and glucose levels.
I haven't been able to eat too well today. My mouth and throat started to hurt because the lining was starting to thin out overnight and swallowing became a bit difficult. I have been given medication to help with the pain and nausea. Keeping anything down was also difficult today.
I manage to go for a walk around the corridors and also sat and enjoyed the sunshine coming into my room.
Not much else went on today.
