So, I decided to get all my single friend's together for dinner and clubbing, so that we could be together and not all alone.
Attendees: Cheryl, Karin, Matt G., Safraz, Robin, David & Tiffany (not single, but that's okay), Adam, Carrie, Dan, Sean Spencer, Ryan D, and of course, me!
Turns out that we all decided that it was THE BEST VALENTINE'S DAY any of us had ever had!
We ate at the Mongolian BBQ in Dearborn.
Robin cracked me up and told our waiter that it was my birthday. That was the joke of the night, along with the fact that the waiter and I were checking each other out.
One of the times I went up to get food, he asked everyone how old I was and flipped out when he heard... I flipped out when I found out he was only 19!!! Ughs!
As I left, I told him, "If you were just a few years older..."
at The Necto
We tried really hard to get to The Necto by 11pm~ They have $1 Long Island Ice Teas until then! But, we were pretty liquored up from Mongolian anyway! Lynn and Courtney didn't make it to dinner, but joined us there!
The Necto was just awesome that night! Even David and Tiffany (who don't even listen to techno) got up and were dancing! DJ Sneak was spinning some latin into his set and even some Sanford and Son! I couldn't get off the dance floor!
It was pretty cool- seemed like all the old-schoolers were there. Ran into Bill Stacy! And met some really cool guys like Manny!!!!
