Robbie and Dee Dee's Camping Trip to Lake of the Spirings, just above Marysville.
We took this trip to relax after we finished redoing our hardwood floors.  It was a much deserved trip, even though we had to come home to moving furniture and more work.  It was fun while it lasted.
In October, 2003 we went camping just above Marysville. The deer were so friendly. There was a pack that walked through our camp and decided to eat with us. We thought it was really cool until they wouldn't leave and tried to help themselves to our food.  They live in this campground and are obviously used to people. We saw such a wide variety of animals on this trip. There were deer, peacocks, turkeys, jackrabbits, squirrels, woodpeckers, ducks, and more. Here are some pictures of a few that we saw.
