  • Born in Buffalo, New York. Grew up in Philadelphia. Has two sisters. Decided at 7 yrs to become an actor.
  • Went to Malvern Prepatory School for Boys in Pennsylvania. Studied acting at Ithaca College, New York with a degree from Roy H. Park School of Communications. Then moved to LA.
  • Appeared in some small and uncredited roles in movies and the TV series, Married With Children.
  • Landed his big break in the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer as heartthrob, Angel. Soon became a regular on the show until Season Three, where he earned his own spin-off Angel.
  • Married Ingrid Quinn in June 1997 and divorced in 1999.
  • Engagement to Jaime Bergman in August 2001. Currently married to her since 24th November 2001 with one son, Jaden Rayne.

  • Born on July 23, 1970 in Nevada, Las Vegas. Began classical dance classes at 5 yrs. Her family constantly moved.
  • Had difficulties with her name from other people that it was only until 13 yrs that she began to use her real name.
  • Entered local beauty pageants when she was young.
  • Went to Gorman Catholic High School in Las Vegas, Bonita High School in San Diego, then finally Chula Vista School of the Creative and Performing Arts. Graduated in 1988-1989.
  • Travelled in Europe, then settled in San Diego for college, part time jobs and a 1 yr job as a San Diego Chargers  Cheerleader.
  • In 1992, she moved to LA, waitressing, and met a commercial agent. However, the agent was 'a complete loser'.
  • She chose to audit acting classes at Playhouse West in California.
  • Got a theatrical agent and did 20+ major commercials, namely 'Secret antiperspirant'.
  • Her big break came when she landed a role on Baywatch, which earned the attentions of Aaron Spelling, who personally auditioned her for a major role in his new series Malibu Shores. She excelled and got rave reviews.
  • Interested the Buffy the Vampire Slayer cast directors. Originally, auditioned for the role of Buffy, but landed the role as Cordelia, who was first planned to be a temporary character. However, fans loved Charisma and Cordelia so much that her character was pushed to becoming a regular in Season Two.
  • Charisma remained on Buffy until the end of Season Three, when she moved onto the Buffy spin-off Angel, becoming the lead female role and a major character. She remained on Angel as the lead female until Season Four of Angel.
  • She's currently married with her husband, Damien Hardy and has one son called Donavan.

  • Born on 28th May 1970, Dublin, Ireland. Full name is Glenn Martin Christopher Francis Doyle. Raised in Cabinteely,  Co Dublin.
  • Attended Clookeen College in Ireland. At 19 yrs, moved to LA.
  • Appeared on some TV shows, namely Roseanne. Got a regular role on Angel as Doyle in Season One until mid-season when his character was killed off.
  • Glenn also played the drums and guitar. Co-owned a LA nightclub called Goldfingers.
  • Died on 3rd December 2002, North Hollywood, California, USA of a drug overdose.

  • Born on the 25th February 1966, Salisbury, Maryland, USA. Later raised in Seattle. 
  • Moved to London for 13yrs. Went to St. Paul's boarding school in New Hampshire. Spent 3 yrs at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. 
  • Moved back to USA, where without money or a job, he lived with his friend Mary Steenburgen and her husband for a year.
  • Arriving on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in Season Three as a recurring character, Alyson Hannigan asked him out. However, he turned her down became of his personal rule against dating people he worked with. 
  • When he left Buffy the Vampire Slayer at the end of the season to move to become a regular on the Buffy spin-off Angel, Alyson was involved with someone else. However the two became close friends and eventually started dating.
  • Alexis is still a regular, as Wesley, on Angel, which is now in Season Five.
  • In 2003, he became engaged in Alyson Hannigan.

  • In 1987, a Michael Jackson concert convinced him to pursue an entertainment job.

  • Moved to LA to study at the Southern California University, where he had won numerous grants and scholarships to study theatre.

  • After graduation, enrolled in an acting workshop by Eriq LaSalle (ER). Started to work in numerous films, TV movies and series such as Space: Above and Beyond.

  • After several TV appearances, he got his big break with playing a temporary character on Angel in the end of Season Two. However, he soon became a regular character on the show in Season Three until the show's end in Season Five.

Amy Acker (Winifred 'Fred' Burkle) - S3-5
  • Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Full name is Amy Louise Acker. Has two sisters and a brother. Studied jazz, ballet and modern dance for 13 years until a sad knee surgery incident in highschool. Then began acting and modeling.

  • Graduated Southern Methodist University with Bachelor in Fine Art in Acting, appearing in a few college productions. Then went to American Players Theatre in Wisconsin doing more theatre work.

  • Moved to New York to do more theatre work. Decided to pursue onscreen acting. Moved to LA in 2000.

  • Won the role of Fred on television series Angel. Originally, a 3-episode character Fred was made into a regular for Angel Season Three, so Amy signed on as part of the regular cast and has been to the end of the series Angel, ending in Season Five in 2004.

  • Currently married to James Carpinello since 25th April 2003.

  • Born on 5th May 1979 in Minneapolic, Minnesota, USA. Has four sisters and one brother. Full name is Vincent Paul Kartheiser. Has one brother and four sisters.
  • Failed the 9th grade. Trained at Guthrie Theatre in Minnesota. Majored in history at UCLA.
  • Appeared in a few theatre productions and debuted on screen in Untamed Heart in 1993. He appeared in numerous films before he starred in the challenging film Another Day In Paradise, which won him praise and presence as an actor. His reputation as a daring actor was further established in Crime and Punishment in Suburbia.
  • After a few small films, he played the role of Conner on the series Angel in Season Three, later becoming a regular in Season Four and reappearing in a few episodes in Season Four, the final season.

  • Born on 4th August 1975. Full name is Andrew Alcott Hallett. Raised in Osterville, Massachussets.
  • Went to Barnstable High School then Assumption College in Worcester.
  • Moved to LA where he was a runner then property manager and personal assistant at an agency.
  • A family friend of Joss Whedon, the two were out one night at a karaoke bar. Andy sang and Joss Whedon came up with the idea for a new character. Andy agreed to audition and won the role of The Host. Got an agent after appearing on Angel Season Two.
  • Continued as a recurring character on Angel until Season Four when he was promoted to becoming part of the regular cast until the end of Angel in Season Five, 2004.

  • Born on August 20th in Greenville, California. Father was a minister and mother almost became a nun. Had one brother and sister.
  • Graduated Davis Highschool and went to Julliard, Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts and American Conservatory Theatre. Spent next 10yrs working on stagework and plays in New York, Seattle and Chicago.
  • Moved to Los Angeles, where he appeared in various guest spots on TV series such as Northern Exposure and Moloney.
  • Breakthrough role in School Hard as Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Became a regular in Season 4 to the series' end.
  • Also guest spotted on other TV series at that time such as Andromeda and Buffy spin-off Angel and movies such as Winding Roads.
  • Formed a band called Ghost of the Robot with Charlie DeMars, releasing their debut album Mad Brilliant in 2003. Is a talented guitarist and singer.
  • Became a regular on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spin-off Angel as Spike in Season 5, the series' final season.
