In a family of 6 children Lindsey grew up in a poor background, but he was ambitious of being someone and powerful despite his deprived beginnings. He studied at Hastings Law School and when he was a sophomore he was offered a job at Wolfram and Hart by Holland Manors who saw his potential. He worked his way as a lawyer in the company and soon became aware of the law firm's unique resources. He became a rival with Lilah in the law firm. He betrayed the firm once when he helped Angel save some innocent children from Wolfram and Hart. When he was found out he copied some files to insure his safety when he left, but Holland surprisingly gave him another chance by offering him a promotion in the firm. Despite the firm's shady business he could not refuse what they offered. Later during a vital ritual his hand was cut off by Angel when he showed his deep loyalty to the firm. The firm replaced his hand with a plastic one. After the ritual Darla was raised as a human and Lindsey fell in love with her in her weak and catatonic trance. By this time, Lilah and Lindsey were rivalling towards the point when only one would be promoted. When Darla was in pain as a human because of her soul, he brought Drusilla to turn her into a vampire, though by that time she no longer wanted to be a vampire. The firm disapproved of Lindsey's feelings for Darla as it was a unhealthy relationship. At Holland's party, Darla and Drusilla both vampires, crashed the party killing everyone but spared Lindsey and Lilah. Lindsey and Darla developed a relationship despite the fact that she didn't love him and Lindsey did. Continuously he found that Darla didn't love him by betraying him or keeping secrets. When he found out that Darla had slept with Angel, he got enraged and chased Angel down. Using a sledgehammer he hit Angel demanding he tell him the truth. However Angel got the upper hand and smashed Lindsey's plastic hand. Defeated he returned to find Darla and her things gone without a word. Later close to the revaluation of Lindsey and Lilah, the firm was impressed by his work and loyalty. As a benefit they funded a operation to give a real hand. in surgery they attached a human hand back on and used a mystical shaman to regenerate the tissue. When he woke up from the operation he found he had a new hand with just a line as a scar. Trying out his new hand he strummed his guitar for the first time in a long while. Happy he went to work where Lilah was jealous that they would spend such a expensive operation on him. During a meeting with a client he found his hand subconsciously writing KILL on his page. Later at home he tried to write something but his hand did not react and using a letter opener he stabbed his hand without any pain. Looking for help he went to Lorne's club where he played his guitar and sang showing great vocal cords. He went into the database and found his operation had taken place at the Fairfield clinic. Reluctantly working with Angel the two found the clinic. Inside they found the 'donors' of operation who were imprisoned and kept alive. Horrified they destroyed the clinic ending the donor's pain. Next day at the revaluation, the partners decided to promote Lindsey and cut off Lilah. Deciding to leave Wolfram and Hart once and for all, he got up with a gun and put on a great show. He shot the security and blamed it on his evil hand. He then convinced the partners to promote Lilah and left. Packing up his belongings he drove off. 3 years later, he secretly returned to LA and became involved with Eve; the Senior Partner's liason. Hidden from the Senior Partner's view through mystical tattoos on his body, Lindsey worked with Eve, as his inside spy, to bring down Angel by making Angel doubt himself. Soon, he reveals himself to Spike, pretending to be "Doyle" who was responsible for Spike's resurrection and later recorporeal - ization. He tricks Spike is thinking that he, "Doyle", was sent by the Powers That Be through visions to make Spike into a champion to replace Angel, who has joined Wolfram and Hart. However, the gang soon figure out Lindsey's plan - which was to release a fail - safe entity to kill Angel. Lindsey was confronted by Angel and almost won the fight, with the help of mystical strength, but Angel regained his self-confidence and defeated Lindsey. Wesley then did a spell to remove Lindsey's tattoos. Once revealed, Lindsey was teleported straight away to the Senior Partners for punishment. Later, it was revealed that Lindsey was sentenced to a hell dimension, where he has a seemingly perfect life that repeats over and over again, but always end in him going down to the basement, where he is tortured by a demon. He has no memory of anything outside the dimension, but the gang soon realize that a amulet worn around Lindsey is the cause. They rip off the amulet and Lindsey remembers everything. They rescue Lindsey from the hell dimension while Gunn chooses to stay, in Lindsey's place, in order to redeem himself. Lindsey is reunited with Eve; who is fired as the Liason and rendered human. Lindsey is taken away to jail. However when the gang suspect Angel's corruption, they confront Lindsey, who reveals hints that Angel has truly been corrupted and joined the Black Thorn, which eventually turns out to be a ruse. In the final fight, Angel enlists Lindsey's help to defeat the Senior Partners, which Lindsey hates as much as Angel. Despite Eve's concern, Lindsey agrees to take on the Sahrvin demons with Lorne. He bursts into the lair and cuts through the demons with a sword. Later, he washes his hands, surrounded by a room filled with bloody bodies of the demons. Lindsey has no problem with the sight of blood and confesses to Lorne that he likes the idea of him and Angel being a team. Suddenly, Lorne takes out a gun and shoots Lindsey in the chest a few times, obviously the special job Angel assigned Lorne earlier. Lindsey is shocked and stumbles back. He cannot believe that his death is at the end of Lorne, some flimsy sidekick, and not at Angel's hand. He falls to the ground in shock and dies.

Modus Operandi: Working for Wolfram and Hart.
Employee of Wolfram and Hart she rivalled against Lindsey for a promotion. She worked as a lawyer on he same level with Lindsey and Lee in that Special Projects division under Holland's leadership. She was well aware of the firm's business and was also determined not to be cut from the firm. When Holland was killed, she and Lindsey were made partners as the head of the division. When it was time for revaluation of Lindsey and her, she was desperate as she knew that when you got cut from the firm you were cut literally. She was jealous of the firm's attention to Lindsey and when they promoted him instead she got desperate and withdrew a gun from her handbag. Surprisingly he convinced the firm to promote her and left the firm. As a result she was promoted to head of the division and kept in the firm. Unlike Lindsey, Lilah worked hard and new the sacrifices of working for Wolfram and Hart. Despite her hard work she was always second best to Lindsey who was viewed as a prodigal. Later she worked along with Gavin whom she scoffed at because of his idea of defeating Angel with laws of building restrictions. She took an instant dislike of Gavin and the two became rivals both working for Linwood. She was battered once badly by Gavin under the influence of a client with powers but refused to kill the client because she knew the sacrifices of working for the firm. In the end she proved herself by shooting the client herself despite the loss in the firm. When Wesley was fired and isolated from Angel Investigations she took and interest in convincing him to join Wolfram and Hart. The two eventually slept with each other starting a long affair that caught the interest of Gavin and Linwood. She took measures to secure her position when she went to see a Senior Partner. With his support she decapitated Linwood, becoming the new head of Special Projects. She continued to monitor Conner and her relationship with Wesley continued. However Lilah was genuinely jealous when she noticed Wesley's concern for Fred. When the Beast arose, the entire Wolfram and Hart was destroyed except for her. She escaped seeking refuge with Angel and the crew reluctantly giving them information on the Beast. However when running from Angelus, Lilah was stabbed in the neck by Cordelia. The crew found her, thinking that Angelus must have killed her. Wesley grieved and was forced to decapitate Lilah's body in case she had been turned. Lilah later returns. She explains that like Holland, her contract with Wolfram and Hart has not ended. Despite being dead she continues to work for them. She offers the WFH branch of LA to Angel on behalf of the Senior Partners who want to reward them for stopping world peace. Lilah shows Angel around the new building and then finds Wesley rifling through the files. She is confused at what he is doing until he pulls out her contract and burns it. However there is another copy in the cabinet afterwards. She thanks him for trying to free her but that she knew what she was signing on to.

On the same level and division as both Lilah and Lindsey he worked with both of them on special cases such as hiring Faith to kill Angel. He was battered badly by Faith when he underestimated her and later appeared wearing a neck brace. Not as determined as either Lilah or Lindsey he took the job casually. However he took a risk when he betrayed Wolfram and Hart by working also for another law firm, Klein and Gabler. When he was discovered by mind readers of Wolfram and Hart he was shot instantly and terminated from the firm.

Gavin was first transferred from the Real Estate division of Wolfram and Hart and uses his knowledge and skills of the social security laws and building violations. Working his own way of defeating Angel in this subtle way he was scoffed at by Lilah. He plans to attack Angel with real human laws rather than try to kill him. He sent teams to check his residence for bugs but secretly planted cameras and bugs all over the Hyperion instead. He worked with Lilah to monitor the situation about Conner and became allies with Linwood who was the Head. They ganged up against Lilah until Linwood was killed. Gavin was shocked now that his one link to power was cut and he was at the mercy of his new Head, Lilah. Gavin was then ordered to clean up Linwood's decapitated head.

Head of a Special Projects division in Wolfram and Hart including Lilah and Lindsey, he was the head of that group directing all the business and rituals involved. He directed the ritual to bring Darla back and observed that everything went into plan. After Darla was turned into a vampire again he was convinced that everything was well. He wished her and Drusilla well and suggested a massacre to keep Angel busy. happy he headed off to his dinner party at his house with his wife inviting employees from Wolfram and Hart. When Darla and Drusilla crashed the party, his confidence was gone. Realising his wife who was greeting the guests was now probably dead, he tried to reassure that everything was alright. Knowing that Darla and Drusilla were about to start their massacre on them he tried to convince them otherwise. When Angel appeared he begged him to save them but Angel simply closed and locked the doors, locking all the guests in the room with Drusilla and Darla. Holland was one of the first to die from being fed on by Darla. He reappeared again to lead Angel down to the Home Office. Although he was dead he explained that his contract with Wolfram and Hart doesn't end for a few more years. He even showed the bite marks on his neck as he travelled down the lift with Angel. When they reached their destination Angel was shocked to find himself on exactly the same level. Holland explained that Hell was here and that you can't defeat Wolfram and Hart because it's inside everyone. The lift doors closed with Holland and left Angel to contemplate the revelation.

After Holland Manors was killed by Drusilla and Darla, Nathan Reed replaced him in supervising and leading the promising lawyers, Lindsey MacDonald and Lilah Morgan. Not exactly warm and fuzzy, Nathan Reed makes sure the jobs gets done.

When Lilah and Gavin discovered that Darla was pregnant they contacted Linwood immediately who spread the astonishing new around. He gathered the visionaries and psychics together demanding why Wolfram and Hart was so unprepared for this. As another supervisor in the Special Projects division headed the mission to retrieve Darla and her baby back to Wolfram and Hart for dissection so they could discover how it ticked. He had no hesitation at terminating the psychics who had not foreseen this. Linwood disliked Lilah and ganged up with Gavin against her. When he found out from Gavin that Lilah was having an affair with Wesley he called a meeting with the other employees to assess Lilah's position. He told her that he found her failures exceeded her triumphs in Wolfram and Hart and would be moved to a more suitable position in the firm. However Lilah had been prepared and accused Linwood of being afraid of Angel and his son. She revealed that she had gone to see a senior partner who agreed with her. Linwood was shocked that Lilah had gone to see a Senior Partner behind his back but before he could argue she pressed a button that sent a a blade slicing of his head. His head rolled onto the table and was cleaned up by Gavin.

Turned about 600 years ago by The Master she had a terminal disease but was saved by him. As a human she was a prostitute. When she became a vampire she became a loyal follower of the Master in the Order of Aurelius. However when lured the human Liam (Angelus) and turned him into a vampire the two became lovers. Angelus scoffed at the Master and living underground like rats. He convinced Darla to leave the Master and travel around the world with him. The two roamed across the world killing everyone in joy. The two were joined with Spike and Drusilla as well as Elizabeth and James as one family of vampire lovers. However one night she brought Angelus a beautiful gypsy girl as a present. When he fed on her he was cursed by her clan and given a soul. When Darla found that Angelus had a soul she was disgusted and threatened to stake him herself. Angelus met back with her later to try to convince her that even with a soul he was the same. But she found out that he wasn't the same when he refused to eat a human baby and fed on only thieves and murderers. She joined the Master again and was his favourite. When she found Angel was also in Sunnydale she tried to convince him to join back with her and kill Buffy. However when she was about to kill Buffy herself she was killed by Angel himself as she was dusted in shock and confusion at her past lover. Years later, she was brought back to life as a human by the law firm Wolfram and Hart through a ritual to distract Angel and turn him evil. Disorientated and confused she tried to resume her vampire personality but soon found she had a soul and human feelings. In her catatonic state Lindsey fell in love with her and she found out that she had a terminal disease from when she was a human years ago. Looking for Angel for help she tried to make him turn her into a vampire again to save her as she did for him. Shocked when he refused she ran away. Angel then convinced her that he would help her deal with being a human and stay with her until she died just as Lindsey burst in convinced of helping Darla by turning her into a vampire. Angel was subdued as Darla was restrained and turned back into a vampire by Drusilla. When Darla rose as a vampire she and Drusilla went out massacring people. They then turned on Holland and killed everyone at the party while Angel walked away. Thinking Angel was evil again they approached him again but he then set them on fire. Weak and burnt Darla stayed with Lindsey and the two developed a relationship though she was just using him. When she tried to take a mystical ring from Angel, he threw her out of the window and slept with her in despair. Convinced that Angel had lost his soul again she was shocked when she found that he was still good. Shocked and disappointed when she returned to Lindsey's apartment, she soon after left him without a word. Miraculously she became pregnant from Angel though it was impossible and visited every shaman and witch doctor in the western hemisphere but they could not help. She returned to LA to see 'daddy' who was also shocked. In pain from the pregnancy no one could work out how it could have happened. She ran off hungering for blood and was about to feed on a young boy when she was stopped by Angel. The two fought and she begged him to stake her because of the unstoppable hunger but he refused when he realised that the baby had a soul. They took her to the hospital to see what was inside and found that they had a human boy. Just as they found this out they were surrounded by vampires who worshipped the baby. Delighted, Darla found out soon that they worshipped the child but wanted to kill the mother. The group ran out into the car and drove off. Angel left to retrieve a scroll. Darla then suddenly screamed in pain as she went into labour and her water broke. She pushed the others away and drove away. Angel found her and she revealed that she loved the baby. She told him that when the baby is born she won't be able to love him anymore without a soul. She also started expressing human feelings and remembered all the terrible things she did as a vampire. The retreated to Lorne's club where her contractions suddenly stopped. Worried she knew that the baby was dying. Holtz exploded the club as they ran to safety. Angel remained with Darla as the others went to get the car. Lying in the rain she could feel the baby dying. They were unable to cut her open to save the baby due to a mystical protection over Darla. Knowing the only way to save him she staked herself. She turned to dust as the baby lay crying in the rain.

A vampire hunter of the 19th Century Holtz chased after the vampire couple Angelus and Darla and their companions. He chased them across Europe with a mob of his own. However when he and his mob was lead to supposedly Darla and Angelus's stay, he found a note. Darla and Angelus had tricked him. Realizing what it meant he raced home to his family fearing they may be dead already. By the time he arrived it was too late. His wife and children were dead. Crying he found his young daughter still alive and rejoiced. However when he looked at her neck there were bite marks. She had become a vampire. For days he sat in his home grieving while his men waited. Eventually he grabbed him daughter outside while she was pleading and threw her in the sun. She went on fire and became dust as she tried to run for cover. One night he encountered a demon offering to help him. The demon told Holtz that he was a demon who could travel through time, revealing that Holtz would die old without another chance to kill either Darla or Angelus. Caught in the need for vengeance he agreed with one condition that he would show no mercy when he killed them. Holtz was placed in a deep slumber only to awaken 200 yrs later in LA. Immediately looking for Angelus and Darla assuming they were still together he went to the hotel where he fought off Wolfram and Hart's men and waited for Angelus. Catching Angel by surprise Holtz tied him up. He noticed sometime different in Angelus's manner and found out from Lilah that Angelus now had a soul. Angel escaped and Holtz returned to the demon demanding to know why he had not told him. The demon reminded him that he had promised to show no mercy. Holtz found Lorne's club where they were holding Darla. He dropped a bomb inside. With a crossbow he looked for Angel and Darla who would have escaped from the flames. He found them in time to see Angel holding the baby. Astonished he was about to fire but then lowered his crossbow. He told the demon that he would have no mercy but his revenge would be sweeter now to take away the thing that Angelus took from him. His child. Holtz decided to recruit his own mercenaries against Angel despite the protests of the demon. He sought out people who had lost their family to vampires and would be willing to die for his cause like him. One recruit was Justine who soon fell in love with him. With her help she stole Conner and they planned to escape and raise Conner as their own child. However they were stopped and Holtz escaped with Conner through a portal into a hell-dimension. Later when he found his way back, Holtz had aged immensely. He had raised Connor to hate Angel and when Angel came to confront Holtz for stealing his son, he gave Angel a letter to give to Connor telling Coonor that he was going away and leaving him with Angel. After Angel left Holtz ordered Justine to kill him by making two stab wounds in his neck with an ice pick. When Connor came to find Holtz he was dead. Connor saw the two holes in his neck and immediately knew it had to be Angel.
Modus Operandi: Work for his Master (Cordelia)
Arising in the alley that Conner was born, the Beast was almost invincible. It destroyed everything and almost killed Angel and the crew without even stopping. With it, it brought a rain of fire and blocked out the sun with magic. It also decimated the Wolfram and Hart tower killing every employee. It recognised Angel as Angelus and asked for him to work with it. Meanwhile the Beast met up with its master, Cordelia. It presented her with a weapon made from its own bones. When Faith confronted the Beast, it almost killed her easily until Angelus intervened by plunging the sword created from the Beast's bones into itself. The Beast writhed and was destroyed, bringing back the sun.

Skip was originally introduced as a demon guarding a mystical cell in another dimension that trapped Billy. Angel blackmailed by Wolfram and Hart fought Skip and released Billy, a human with evil powers. Skip also became a guide to Cordelia, turning her into a demoness and sending her to a higher plane as a higher being. When Angel sought out Skip about Cordelia's transformation into the master, Skip revealed that he served the master as well. He fought against Angel but was brought back to the hotel where he was forced to tell the crew everything. He revealed that this transformation was planned long time ago, moving the pieces into place. The evil has possessed Cordelia's body. Skip escaped from the crew and was then killed by a bullet from Wesley.
Jasmine aka the Devourer (Deceased)

Modus Operandi: World peace.
A goddess-like being, Jasmine was born from Cordelia and Conner. A being from another dimension, Jasmine could only be brought to this world through a series of impossible events: Angel's soul, Darla's resurrection, Conner - the son of two vampires, Cordelia - a higher being, seer and part demon. Once born, she was already a full grown beautiful woman who had the power to command awe and the love of anyone who looked on her and who proclaimed she was here to give them world peace and harmony. Soon the entire city of LA, the gang included, were worshipping Jasmine. However, when Fred's blood mixed with Jasmine's she was able to see Jasmine's true appearance: her face crawling with maggots and disgusting. The gang soon discovered that anyone who mixed blood with Jasmine or Cordelia would be immune to her spell. Jasmine soon had control over LA and was able to connect with every one of her followers. Conner was from the start immune to Jasmine's spell but determined to play along because he wanted to be happy, even when he discovers that Jasmine devours humans in order to survive. Jasmine was finally defeated when Angel travelled to her home dimension where he learned Jasmine's true name and by uttering it, broke her spell over everyone. The city was horrified. Jasmine was furious that Angel ruined her plan, ruined humanity's chance for peace, even at the cost of the people she devoured. Although the spell was broken, Jasmine was determined for revenge and tried to kill Angel, until Conner killed her.

Eve is Angel and the gang's contact to the Senior Partners. Although, insisting that she's just a messenger to help the gang in Wolfram and Hart, she has been secretly working behind the Senior Partners' backs with Lindsey, her lover, on their own plans for Angel.

Modus Operandi: To help resurrect the demon-god Illyria.
As Fred's assistant in the Wolfram and Hart science laboratories, Knox appeared to be quite normal and nice. Introducing Fred to the WFH labs, his seemingly genuine honesty and good nature earned Fred's trust. The two became quite good friends and eventually started going out. Knox seemed to be genuinely in love with Fred and was hurt when Fred decides that they should only be friends. Shortly after Wesley and Fred got together, Fred became seriously ill - infected by the essence of an Old One, Illyria. Knox worked with Gunn to help find a cure. However, in their conversation, Knox slipped up and revealed his true purpose. Gunn confronted him and Knox revealed that he was an acolyte of Illyria - a dead Old One. He was to help resurrect Illyria by transporting her sarcophagus to WFH. He was disturbingly genuine in his love for Fred and as a result, decided to choose her to be the vessel in which Illyria would be reborn. Knox was pummeled by a furious Gunn before being tied up. However Illyria had already arisen and broke into WFH to free Knox, her guide to this world. Overjoyed that his God has been reborn, Knox eagerly followed Illyria, helping her to open the portal to where her temple and army of demons awaited her resurrection. However, once there, they were confronted by Angel and the gang. Wesley in his fury and devastation of Fred's death, shot Knox to death.

Hamilton overtook Eve's job as the Senior Partners liason, after she fell in love with Lindsey. All business and tough, Hamilton was there to watch over Angel's actions and hopefully corrupt him with power. He also tried to corrupt Gunn, offering him a deal when he was trapped in Lindsey's hell dimension, but failed. When Angel had seemingly become corrupted, Hamilton was pleased. Unlike Eve, Hamilton has super human strength, possibly even stronger than vampire. Nor did he pretend to be nice to the gang, pummeling Illyria to kidnap Drogyn, who he seemingly knew from the past. He brought Drogyn to the Circle of the Black Thorn where Angel killed Drogyn as a test that he was now corrupted. However, Hamilton was suspicious of Angel. In the final plan, it was revealed that Harmony had been Hamilton's lover for some time - spilling all of Angel's secret plans to him. He learnt that Angel planned to kill the entire Circle. The two confronted and fought, but Hamilton was clearly more powerful while Angel's punches barely phased him. Just as Hamilton was about to stake Angel, Conner appeared to help. However, Hamilton was still too powerful for both Angel and Conner. He gloated that he had the Senior Partner's blood in his veins, making him incredibly powerful with evil - pure and immortal. However, his gloating slipped up. Angel realized and bit into Hamilton's neck drawing enough blood before Hamilton could throw him off. Angel now had Hamilton's blood in his own veins. The two were equally matched now and Angel managed to defeat Hamilton, killing him.
