Materials:
Yarn
Strong thread
Plastic ring of any kind
Directions:
For a small hat use the plastic
ring left after opening a
juice bottle for base.
Cut long lengths of yarn....about 10".
Fold yarn in half,
place the looped end in the
plastic ring from the bottom,
pull the ends over the ring &
thru the looped end & pull tight.
Completely cover the ring making sure
to push the yarn together
tightly.
Now gather all the ends together,
tie around them tightly & trim.
These can be made any size.
Use a margarine tub lid with the
center cut out for a large size hat.
