Materials:

Wallpaper of your choice
Purchased head or wood ball
Lace, ribbon silk flowers ect....
Gold cord or raffia (hanger)
Stapler or tape
Curly hair & paints (optional)
Glue gun & stix

Directions:

Cut a piece of paper approx. 5" wide x 12" long.
Fan fold the paper & fasten one end with a staple or tape (body)
If using a wood ball for a head glue
on a hanger & then curly hair & paint on a face.
Glue the head to the fastened end of body.
Pleat & glue lace around the neck.
Tie a ribbon bow & glue to center of lace under head.
Cut a piece of paper approx. 1" wide x 4" long.
Fold in thirds, find center & glue to back of body (arms).
Bring ends of arms to front & glue together.
Glue a group of 3 small silk roses to hands.
Cut 2 heart shapes from paper,
glue together & glue to back for wings.
Glue a hanger to the top of the head & hang!
