Fast & EASY!

Purchase or make a small tassel, approx 3" tall.
Seperate an arm from each side.
Tie off with ribbon or cording near the "hand".
Make small wings from desired material....raffia, fabric,
screen & glue to the back just below the head.
Add a small halo if desired.
You can add hair or a bow at the neck too.
