I apologize for the poor quality of the pic. I hope to have a new one up soon.

Materials:

Any clean, dry jar ( I used 1/2 gallon)
Acrylic paints...flesh, orange, black & white
Straw hat to fit jar opening
Raffia for hair
Glue gun & stix
Black sharpie pen
E-6000 glue
Sunflower or flower of choice
Acrylic spray sealer

Directions:

Sponge on 2-3 coats of flesh paint,
let dry well between coats.
Draw on face lightly with a pencil.
Paint on face (refer to pic).
Spray with 2-3 coats of sealer.
Make dash lines around cheeks. (see pic)
Fold up & glue (E-6000) brim of hat as in pic.
Use a clothes pin to hold till glue sets.
Hot glue the raffia to the inside of the hat, near the crown.
Glue flower to turned up brim.
Place hat on jar & trim "hair" if needed.
Fill jar with cookies or candy!
