Materials:

Heavy cardboard
Loopy ribbon garland
Ribbon for hanging
Tape, stapler or glue gun

Cut a large circle from heavy cardboard.
Cut a circle from the center leaving approx a 3" edge all around.
It will look like a BIG doughnut.:-)
Glue, tape or staple one end of the garland to the back of the cardboard.
Wrap the garland in & out the hole till completely covered.
Glue, staple or tape the end to the cardboard.
Cut a piece of ribbon approx. 12" long.
Tie the cut ends in a knot.
Push the garland aside on the back , staple the ribbon on for a hanger.
Rearrange the garland & hang!
