Materials:

Any size clean, dry jar
Acrylic paint...flesh, red, black & white
Clear acrylic spray sealer
Red yard
Glue gun & stix
Scrap of fabric for bow

Directions:

Sponge on 2-3 coats of flesh paint, let dry well between coats.
Spray with a coat of acrylic sealer.
Paint on facial features.
Spray with 2 coats of sealer.
Wrap yarn around a piece of cardboard about 30 times.
Slip a piece of yarn under wraps on one end & tie tightly.
Slip yarn off cardboard & clip UNTIED end.
Make about 20 bundles.
Glue bundles of yarn around threads of jar
keeping them close together for a full look.
Trim if needed.
Tie scrap of fabric in a bow & glue to hair.
Fill with candy, hair bows & ties, pencils & crayons ect....
