Here is my version!

Material needed:

Any solid color vinyl placemat
Heavyduty laminating sheets
Clipart or graphics of your choice
Glue gun, stix & pinbacks

Directions:

Print out clipart/graphic of your choice.
Cut out as close as possible.
Cut a piece of placemat at least 1" bigger than your pic.
Use the pic as a template & cut out
a piece of laminating sheet at least
1/2" bigger than your pic.
Remove backing & place the pic face down in the center of the sticky side.
Now place the sticky side centered on the piece of placemat.
Trim following the outline of your pic.
I leave about 1/4" of the placemat showing around the edge.
Glue on a pinback & you are done!
