Materials:
Any size clean, dry jar
Red, white, blue & yellow acrylic paint
Star stamp
Acrylic spray sealer
Votive candle holder & tealight candle
Red, white & blue curling ribbon
Directions:
Sponge on 3-4 coats of white paint,
letting dry well between coats.
Dip star stamp in blue paint & stamp stars on jar.
Repeat for red & yellow stars.
When paint is completely dry spray
with 2-3 coats of acrylic sealer.
Cut 2 pieces of each color of ribbon.
Tie around threads of the jar & curl.
Place the votive holder & candle in the top.
