Bowtie Pasta Angel Pin
Large bowtie pasta
E-6000 glue
Acrylic paints & a brush
Thin ribbon, tiny flowers ect...
Head (pearl, wood, crystal beads)
Halo material (thin gold wire works well)
Pair of wire snips
Spray acrylic sealer
Pin backs
Directions:
Use the wire snips to cut the pasta.
Take a very small snip in the very
center & it should break easily & fairly even.
You may have to trim just a bit.
Paint desired color, front & back.
Let dry & repeat.
Glue the half piece to the center of
the whole piece (wings & dress made).
Spray with 2 coats of sealer.
Glue on desired head.
Decorate with a tiny bow under the head
& a flower or bow where the wings & dress join.
Glue on the pin back now.
For the halo I twisted gold wire
around a sharpie pen & twisted
the end to close the circle.
Cut the wire leaving a 1/2" piece extending from the circle.
Glue the straight piece to the center of the pin pack.
