You will need:

A saucer
A globe from a ceiling fan or light fixture
Silk flowers & greenery
A small jar lid that will fit in the globe
A votive candle
Glue gun & stix

What to do:

Place the globe in the center of the saucer.
Glue leaves to the saucer till you can't see it.
Arrange & glue the flowers as desired.
Don't forget some small filler flowers for those bare spaces.
Place the lid in the globe, add the candle & enjoy!!!!

You can glue the globe to the saucer,
I didn't for easier cleaning of any melted wax.
