Materials:

Wood spoon
Brown or cinnamon acrylic paint
White & pink paint
Black sharpie marker.
Pipe cleaner
Fabric, lace & ribbon
Needle & thread
Glue gun & stix
Acrylic spray sealer
2 small wood beads with a hole

Directions:

Paint spoon & beads with brown/cinnamon paint.
2-3 coats may be needed for good coverage.
Spray with 2-3 coats of sealer.
Paint on white "frosting" around edges of face.
Dot on pink for cheeks.
Use black sharpie marker & draw mouth & eyes.
Cut a piece of fabric approx. 10" wide x 20" long.
Glue lace to one long edge.
Gather & tie around the spoon just below the head.
Gather a piece of lace & tie around neck.
Make a long tube (8"), insert pipe cleaner.
Glue wood beads to ends of pipe cleaner.
Tie ribbon around each "wrist" area & tie in a bow.
Glue the arms to the center back of the dress.
Tie a scrap of fabric in a bow & glue
to the center top of head.
Glue a piece of looped ribbon to
the back of the head for a hanger.
Tie a ribbon bow with long streamers & glue to neck area.
