Materials:

Wallpaper
Glue gun & stix.
Clothespins.
Buttons & ribbon.
Raffia/twine or wire for a hanger.

Directions:

Cut people & heart from wallpaper, 2 for each item.
Cut dress or vest from contrasting/coordinating wallpaper.
Draw on face with a sharpie pen.
Make dash lines all around with a sharpie pen.
Glue edges EXCEPT for head area.
Use clothespins to hold closed till dry.
Stuff lightly with polyfil.
Glue head closed, use clothespin to hold till dry.
Glue clothes on & add bows or buttons as desired.
Attach a magnet to the back or poke a hole in the
center top of the head with a large needle & thread
ribbon/raffia/wire thru the hole for a hanger.
