Materials:

Brown & tan felt
Black & white acrylic paint
Scraps of fabric, buttons, ribbon
Black button for nose
Magnets or metal ornament hangers
Glue gun & stix

Directions:

Cut teddy bear shapes from brown felt.
Cut paw pads, muzzle & inside of ears from tan felt.
Glue paw pads, muzzle & inside of ears in place.
Glue nose to top center of muzzle
Use the eraser end of a pencil , dip in black paint & dot on for eyes.
Repeat if necessary.
When black is dry use the end of a paint
brush & dot white in each eye.
For the boy, tie a fabric bow & glue under the head.
Glue 2-3 buttons down the front of body.
For the girl cut a scrap of fabric about 3" wide x 3" long with pinking shears.
Use needle & thread and gather one edge to fit neck area.
You could pleat & glue to fit if you want.
Glue gathered part just under head.
Tie a ribbon bow & glue to center of dress under head.
Tie a ribbon bow & glue to one ear or between ears.
Glue magnets to the back for a fridgie
or poke an ornament hanger thru the top
between the ears for a tree ornament.
