If you want a handle poke 2 holes across from each other with a nail or use a drill.
Spray with 2-3 coats of acrylic spray paint.
Sponge on a different color of acrylic paint.
You don't have to completely cover the first coat of paint.
Cut pics from magazines or wrapping paper.
Use a mix of glue & water, apply to can.
Place cut out pic on glued area.
Apply another coat of glue/water.
When completely dry apply 2-3 coats of clear acrylic spray.
Add your choice of handle....wire or raffia or twine ect...
