Materials:

Clean dry can
Paint of choice....I use acrylics.
Stickers, stencils stamps ect.....
Wire
Beads & Pencil
Chimes or bells
Fishing line
Nail or drill with small bit to make holes.

Directions:

Poke 4-5 holes in the bottom of a clean, dry can.
Poke a hole on 2 sides for a hanger wire.
Paint can desired color. 2-3 coats letting dry well between coats.
Add stickers, paint or decoupage on the can.
Cut 4-5 pieces of fishing line approx 8" long.
Place chime or bell on fishing line & fold in half.
Push cut ends of line thru hole in bottom of can.
Add a bead to the line & tie in several knots.
Curl a piece of wire about 12" long around a pencil.
Remove from pencil & poke each end in a hole
in the side of the can, twist to fasten.
