Technical Writing: 
Create technical documentation such as engineering specifications, system requirements, system design specifications, policy & procedure manuals, system user manuals, job aids, usage guidelines, and reference documents. Create forms to capture vital information for tracking and reporting. Design templates to provide consistent look and feel to document sets. Design and produce reports to provide concise and useful information.

Training & Administration:
Conduct standard and customized/proprietary application/software training in a classroom setting (up to 12 attendees), small group (1-5 attendees) and 1-on-1 formal and informal sessions.

Manage all aspects of in-house training programs including: conducting orientation/introductory sessions, scheduling classes and instructors, tracking student attendance, ordering and maintaining inventory of materials, creating status reports for senior management, creating reconciliation reports for billing, analyzing instructor evaluations to determine effectiveness, and designing and analyzing surveys of student satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Business Analysis: 
Meet with users and research business needs and system requirements. Translate the information into a requirements document that can be used for coding system changes.

Data Management: 
Advanced knowledge of data relationships and system design concepts. Experience designing and creating data tracking/reporting databases for change management and training program administration. Analyze data from client/server and mainframe databases, system tables, and data/system relationships to produce meaningful reports.

Computer/Technical: 
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new software and hardware. Advanced proficiency with MS Word. Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer. Knowledge of/familiarity with ACT, MS Project, Visio, Crystal Reports, Adobe PhotoShop, and a variety of home and business software utilities and tools.

Proficient with Windows 98/2000/XP and MS-DOS. Familiar/experienced with DEC/VAX, Unix, IBM Mainframe systems. Knowledge of/and intermediate experience using and troubleshooting a variety of PC hardware peripherals including network and personal printers, monitors, laptops, input devices, modems, system configuration, network/internet connectivity.

Communication:
Effectively interact with all levels of internal staff and external clients and customers. Easily establish rapport to accomplish a positive outcome.
