5 10.75oz cans cream of Potato Soup 6 cu half & half cream 1 10oz can whole baby clams, undrained 1 T minced onion 1 T dried parsley flakes .5 t galic powder .5 t seasoned salt to taste salt and pepper .25 cu butter Heat soup and half & half in a large sauce pan. Add clams, onion parsley, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Reduce heat to low. Simmer gently until thickened, stirring frequently (about 15 minutes). Serve topped with a pat of butter. Note: Freezes well.
