3 T margarine 2-3 minced garlic cloves 1 T flour - heaping 1.4 cream or evap milk ?? crab as desired .5 c parmeson cheese Melt margarine & garlic til bubbly. Stir quickly while adding flour. As soon as smooth paste start adding cream a little at a time and stir until starts to boil and thicken. Let simmer til volume reduces and thinckens. Add crab if desired - heat. Then add Parmesan cheese.
