My explainations I think have been to long so I will try to shortin
them down a bit. This is a toon deck because one the toon monsters and
two the power ups. every good toon deck needs cards like de-spell and
remove trap to keep toon world safe. Also A good toon deck needs good
power ups like horn of the unicorn and black pendant and for toon summond
skull a winged minion. Also cards like just desserts will do damage 500
for all your opponents monsters on the feild this will help you by
decreasing your opponents life points, then use a toon to get rid of the
rest of your opponents life points
