Deck Building Tips
When testing your deck, ask yourself these questions:
-How fast am I getting to the cards that I need?
-What cards types are giving me trouble?
-What specific cards are giving me trouble?
-What cards in my deck are useless in most situations?
-What cards do I need more of?

Know the Rules. If you do not fully grasp and understand the basic rules of the Game, this includes all information in the Rule Book and all information on the UD site you will never hope to master the art of Deck Building.(Facelessmage)

Do not try to do everything. Focus on ONE main strategy

Dont base the theme on one main card, base the main card on the theme of your deck

Dont only use your favorite cards because you think they are cool, use the cards that could help you win

Dont Overload your deck. 45 cards is plenty. There is always something to tale out

Dont put together a deck in a few minutes. If you do you wont know how it will work. Building a good deck takes time

Expensive decks will almost always do better than cheaper decks. People who deny this are usually the owners of expensive decks

Any card is good when used at the right time.

Most of the strategy in the game is in deck building.

There is no perfect deck

Most of the game itself is luck of the draw, and there are elements of how you use the cards you have.

Frankly, there are always substitutes for cards in a deck. If you believe there is a heart of the cards, then you have to admit that certain cards work better for certain people

Its better to think of every situation and what your cards can do for you, instead of just throwing cards around into a deck without thinking.

Put a strategy and power in your deck. This will make your deck a force to be reckoned with.

Pick a type of monsters and build your deck around them.
