Pros
-He can be summond by offering the 3 magnet warriors from your hand.
-All the magnet warriors have 4 stars, so you can summon them with out
offering. Easier to summon Valkyrion
Cons
-He has such high atk power that the person controlling him will
probably leave Valkyrion in atk mode and think there going to win. They
probably wouldn't notice you equipt a blue eyes with a horn of the unicorn
or equipt another high attacking monster. In other words it's easy to
destroy (sort of)
Gate Guardian

This card can only be special summond by offering sanga of the
thunder,Suijin,and Kazijin from the field
Pros
-Gate guadian has high attack power
Cons
-Gate guardian is very hard to summon, you have to offer the 3
pieces, and you have to offer 2 monsters for each piece. That means you have to
make 9 tributes to summon gate, and by then you would think your
opponent would have destroyed a piece before you get them all on the field.
Conclusion:
My oppion would by that Valkyrion is much better for a
deck. When I had gate guardian in my deck, I only one about 3 duels.If
Gate guardian could be summond by offering the three pieces from your
hand it would be better than volkrion, but since it cannot Valkyrion the
manga warrior is better than Gate guardian
