Puppy Application/Questionaire
When inquiring about a puppy, we may ask you to fill out our puppy questionaire. It only takes 10 minutes to fill out and it will help us to get to know about you & what you are looking for in a puppy (sex, color, personality). This will help us to match each puppy with the right home for him or her. Please ask for one when inquiring! Thanks!
Registration:
All puppies are AKC registered. Type of registration given, is dependent on weather it is a companion/pet or breeding/show.Pet/Companion puppies are required to be spayed/neutered.
Deposits:
Should you decide on a puppy we require a Non-Refundable deposit to hold. Deposit amount is half of the price. We can easily E-mail you a deposit contract for you to print out and send back.
Balance is due at pick-up
Pick-up:
Puppies being picked up at our home are allowed to go at 7&1/2 to 8 weeks of age. Puppies must have their 1st boosters before we will allow them to go.
For any out of state or out of town visitors: We would be happy to give you a list of hotels/motels within 20 minutes from our home, should your visit require a nights stay.
Things to bring along when picking up:
Leash and collar- for any potty breaks on the way home
Water dish-If it's a long trip home
Paper towels-in case of an accident
Travel crate- optional
blanket
Balance due on puppy
Puppies are sent home with:
Toys
Treats
Samples of their current diet
Health record (lists shots, de-wormings, vet visits etc.)
A packet of reading material written by us on grooming, feeding, etc.
Contract/health guarantee
AKC Registeration papers
Copies of parents pedigrees
