Hi there. My name is Janice, but I have gone by the nickname Maya on the net for many years. My husband's name is Mick and he and I will be married for a year this coming June...this is his first child and our first together. I have two boys who are now young men. Daniel is 18 and Brendan is 16 and we all live together in the Toronto area...where I am a doula (professional labour support specialist). Mick and I decided we wanted to have a baby together about a year ago. In order to follow this path, I had to have a tubal ligation reversal. Instead of a honeymoon, I went in for surgery instead. We became pregnant in the first month we were trying to conceive, but miscarried in August. We were devastated, but we were optimistic and kept trying. The day before I found out I was pregnant, I had a dream in which the sentence "believe it to be true, and know you are pregnant" was repeated over and over again. I will keep this message of faith close to my heart through this pregnancy. EDD is 12/12 which we believe is an especially lucky number. We feel very blessed to finally be able to say...that we are expecting a child together. Joy Joy JOY!!!! Maya
