I'm Jennifer from Kingston, Ontario Canada. I have lived here for about 12 years now and really love it. My DH is Sam and we have one child, Alexander (Alec) who was born on October 13, 1998. We were married on 3/10/97. We are very excited about this pregnancy and can't wait to be parents again! My last birth was pretty horrible, at 10cm's I started pushing and Alec's umbillical cord prolapsed. He was born about 3 minutes later by emergency caesrean. This time we hope will be different. We are going into midwifery care and are planning a home waterbirth. Well....I haven't decided wether or not I want to give birth in the water or not, but when the time comes I'll know. I am so excited to be joining this expecting club and look forward to hearing about all of the ups and downs of everyones journey into motherhood!!
