I am so sorry i have neglected this. My dog disappeared a few weeks ago and we had to fish her body out of a local pond. We have been uable to find out who put her/how she got in there. She was 16 years old and couldn't walk that far on her own. So it has been a bit of a trama here. I missed a few days of exercise but have done 5 days most weeks except one I did 4. I did not eat as well but also didn't go off the wagon. I have been completely on track this week. Last week really killed me with depression about her. A neighbor was running around saying he knew who did it. He turned out to be a nutbag who didn't actually see anything. Well now I have to work on moving on and the best way is to keep moving. I also think my platuea is finally breaking since I lost another pound. the body is really adjusting. I seem to be shrinking all over and it is not showing up on measurements but clothes are getting way looser. Hopefully I will start hiking next weekend since the daughter's dance class will be over. I altered last years bathing suit and am please with it so hopefull that will get thru the swim season. Since the pool is closed I don't expect to do much swimming. I am working on making some new pictures of me now and going scan some old fat ones to show the difference. I wish I could get the muscles to show up better on film. Mabye I can get a helper for that one.
