Well all is well. the next 2 months will be busy because of my son's baseball schedule so don't worry about me if I don't post a lot.

Today exercise was

Hips, buns and thighs & chest and Back

Saturday I did Blast and ABs and served food for 4 hours, ran errrands and went fishing

Sunday was rest day went fishing, picked up the son from scouts and went fishing again then went to his baseball game
