Entry for May 19, 2006
Feeling very well today and hope to be back in full swing next week. I am going to work on getting up at 6 am and getting my exercise and shower done before the kids get here. I got lazy since my kids are comming a little later. I really liked the I am free for the day feeling I had when doing early, plus the peace of a quiet house helps.



Today's exercise was Hips, buns and thighs & Shoulders and Arms
