It is Tuesday and I am back. I did one of the 2 workouts scheduled today. I did Cardio Classic and hope to do Abs later. I weighed in at 212 today and expect most of the weight to come back when my body gets some real food. Well it was nice to see the lower weight, but not nice to be so sick for 4 days. I posted the final stats for weeks 13-24. My next committment is for 24 weeks and I will start measuring/weighing every 2 weeks now. Pictures every 6 weeks. Look for a 'goals post' soon as I get caught up from being sick. As always you are welcome to email me with comments, support, or questions. this is going to be a long journey with many ups and downs. Hopefully the fitness will go up and the weight will go down. The last 12 weeks has shown me that I am determined to stick with it no matter what. That is more important then the weight lost.
