I did 2 out of 3 workouts yesterday. I started feeling ill and was sick all day yesterday and really sick today. I have some sort of stomach bug. I don't recommend this as a way to loose weight. Although it is a quick efficient way to drop pounds over night I am in a lot of pain and feel terrible. I will not be working out today. Check back Monday to see what I am up to.
