Entry for July 11, 2006
Well going strong. I am doing Phase 3 becuase my back is sore. I looked back through my journels and everytime my back was hurt I did a step workout. So I am going to lay off the step until I lose some more pounds then my body will handle it better. I am just going to slow down a bit. Every time I work on losing weight I go over board and then end up hurt and out for a week. So what I decided to do was order some yoga dvds to help improve my strength, flexibility and state of mind.
Today's exercise was Hips, bunns and thighs of torture and Chest and Back
