I did Cardio Classic, Chest and Back and Abs. I am now able to double up the 6 lb. weights on the concentrated lats and I did 20 push ups instead of 16. They are also looking much better. I need to get a set of 7 lb weights and a single 12 since the 2 6's are hard for my little hands.
