Welcome to my blog. I will do my best to keep this up to date. My life is very busy now so please be patient. I am on a journey to lose 148.5 lbs. You are welcome to join me or follow me. I will be totally honest with what I do. To date I have followed Gilad's Quick Fit System and his Eat Right Now Plan for 25 weeks. I have lost 44.5 lbs. and 49 inches. I measure one bicep, the chest, waist, hips and one thigh for this program. I do measure other areas to keep track of my progress. I think I am doing an amazing job. I have had a struggle in the last month not losing any scale pounds but I did drop a size and some inches. I do have muscles popping up everywhere and have experience a big jump in my abilities. So that is what has kept me going. Hopefully this will pass.
