I found Bodies in Motion by Gilad  on TV and managed to lose 20 pounds and get down to 260. This is great program for beginners. I also walked and rode an exercise bike.  Last November I got sick of FitTV changing the schedule and even not showing BiM anymore. I purchased Gilad's Quick Fit System and started it on November 15, 2005. I follow the Progressive Training Progam and the Eat Right Now Plan that comes with the QFS.
   I was able to start on the second level in the fitness. I have not had a single injury since starting this program. I only have minor soreness of a worked muscle group that pain goes away in less then a day. I follow the best food choices and have eliminated all processed foods, chemical additives, added sugar, added salt and all caffine. I only eat lean protiens and all my fats are either mono or polyunsaturated.
   Following this plan has given me more benefits besides losing 25 pounds and over 25 inches(1/8/2006). My skin is completely smooth. My hair is softer. I have not had a bit of indigestion nor any type of stomach discomfort since the first day. I always had some acne and that is gone. My grey hair even appears to be less. I think it is because my hair is so healthy now. I used to wake up sore and have a hard time getting started. I now wake up before the alarm ready to go and pain free. I have so much energy that all my work from my home job gets done, all my cleaning and chores are done. I get to spend more time with my children. I also used to take a lot of over the counter sinus medicine I would use 1 box a week. I have used only 1/2 a box in 8 weeks. I have only used over the count pain relief 4 times in 8 weeks. I have also suffer since my late 20's from symptoms of uterine fibroids. Those syptoms have completely vanished.
     I never feel hungry. I eat 5 times a day. 3 meals and 2 snacks. I try to eat on a schedule, but if something is happening and I forget I don't feel hungry for 2 hours past the meal time. I have managed to stick to my plan through the holidays for 3 reasons. One:I don't want to stop the progress I am making.Two: I don't want to deal with the guilt. Three: I feel so great I don't want to go back. I have had no problem sticking to my plan. I also cook for 4 - 5 toddler daily plus my own family. I made them Christmas cookies. So I am around temptations all the time. To me they not so appealing anymore because I know they will make my stomach feel bad.
