Hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" voluntarily enter into and agree to all terms delineated in this contract as witnessed by their signatures below.
GENERAL
I. Buyer agrees to have the above mention canine Spayed with in next 45 days and will provide the Seller with a copy of the sign certificate for a Veterinary Clinic.
II. Should Buyer choose to break any of the covenants of this Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement will be considered null and void, and Seller has the right to repossess Puppy.
III. Buyer and Seller agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Alberta and may not be altered, modified or rescinded unless agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller.
