1) Are you happy with the storylines you have had in " Bad Girls" ?

Yes, totally. I think they're exciting and cover some important issues.

2) Which do you prefer: singing, acting, or doing comedy/impressions?

I love performing, and hope I'll get the chance to do everything!!

3) If you could play any other character in " Bad Girls" which one would you be and why?

I would never trade playing Shell with any other Bad Girls character because I'm very lucky to have such a meaty role. However if I could swap for a day, then it would have to be Helen Stewart because she's so cool and so good hearted, and wears nice suits!!!

4) I loved the Catherine Cookson drama you were in, would you like to do another period drama?

Yes, absolutely. I'm mad about them! I love the costumes, the settings and the general romance of them. I also love horseriding.

5) How did you feel to be nominated for best actress at the NTA Awards?

I was very flattered. It proved to me how popular the show is, and I was proud to be representive of that.

6) Have you ever met any of the people you do impressions of, and if so what did they think of them?

Lara Cazalet (who played Zandra in series one) dragged me up to Cilla Black at a celebrity party and told her I did an impression of her. But I think it would have been to embarrasing (for both of us!) so I just had a chat with her instead and she was lovely!

7) Have you ever had anyone come up to you and really think you are Shell Dockley?

No, fortunately. Perhaps if they thought I really was Shell they would run away in the toher direction! Most people understand the difference between reality and tv drama- luckily!!

8) I'm a big fan of yours (obviously!) but which famous person would you be pleased to hear is also an admirer of your work?

Somebody whose work I admire, I suppose, like Kate Winslet. I would also think it was cool if Madonna watched Bad Girls, but I can't imagine she does somehow! Though maybe the goddess of pop watches tv like everyone else!?!

9) What future projects can we look forward to seeing you in?

I'm in a sketch show called " Tv To Go" which starts on May 14th on BBC1 at 10:30pm, so watch out for that!

10) Finally do you have a message for all your fans out there that I can put on my website?

Yeah, just thanks for your interest I'm glad so many of you love Bad Girls. I just hope I can find another character to play that you like as much as Shell. And, not to lecture but don't forget Shell is not supposed to be a role model- she's very unhappy and always gets her comeupance- eventually.
