| BACKGROUND: Debra Stephenson was born in New Zealand in 1972. Her family soon moved back to England and Debra grew up in Hull. Her parents both were teachers in the area. Debra knew from a young age she was good at impressions and at the young age of 15 she won the competition on " Oppurtunity Knocks"!! One of the youngest people to win it!! She then got into acting and few years on got the part in Playing The Field, then Bad Girls, and the rest as they say is history! She married Scottish James Duffield, a builder from Scotland. They are still happily and have no kids as yet! Debra is now writing and staring in "TV TO GO" on the BBC!! |
