The humble man who bows before God
will be exalted by and by;
for humility is the first step
to being set on places high.
The man who walks in the footsteps of God
will be honored much the same,
for he will grow close to God,
and will call Him by His name.
But the faithful man,
whose heart has been cleansed,
and all his sins forgiven,
will be rewarded for his faithfulness
on earth, up in heaven.
After the words
"Well done thou faithful servant"
have been said,
The Ultimate prize
--a crown of righteousness--
will be placed upon his head.
