I long to be pretty
I long to be thin
I often don't think about beauty within
The things important like being kind
When I focus on outward I am so blind
The richest young model, oh she looks great
She makes me feel fat I need to lose weight
BUT....
Do looks make a woman of purity now?
A woman of honor to whom men will bow
A woman who stands up proud and tall
A woman who's beauty didn't come from a mall
A woman who shines out from her heart
The light of Christ is what sets her apart
I long to be shining with beauty that's real
With passion you live, not passion you feel
