Hi, I'm Deborah.
I am 50 years young, soon to be 51 August 22. I recently moved from the Bible Belt, in the great OKC,to Onalaska Texas about 100 miles north of Houston.
I have a winnie dog named Sammy(he's in the picture above with me)He is my baby. I have him spoiled rotten. As you can see I was pretty heavy here, as a matter of fact about 242. I was over weight for about 12 years, after I quit smoking and my thyroid went haywire on me. But about a year before my 50th birthday I was deterimined to get rid of the weight. So I started losing and lost about 70 pounds, and have mantained it now for almost a year. (Here is a recent picture of me along side the other one.) But its been hard. I have recently been doing things I shouldn't do like eating after 6pm and I can sure tell it. I need to get back in the habit of not doing that. I wear a size 12-14, and if I never lose another pound I would be happy as long as I didn't gain it back either. Well thats all for now.
