Introducing: Yonah Scop
Yonah came into the world 11 weeks early, but quickly captured the hearts of his parents, and all the nurses in the Methodist Hospital NICU.

He spent his first six weeks there, growing from 3 lbs 4 oz to a whopping 5 lbs. He had the cutest little cases of hiccups. Stetched and kicked all the time. Had a very strong grip.

His mommy and daddy came to visit Baby Scop every day, learning how to change him, take his temperature, and feed him, rocking him in the rocking chair.

He had a Pidyon Haben, while he was still in the hospital. His pictures displayed on the table at the hall.

But he made his own starring appearance at his Bris, which took place on the morning after he came home, the Tuesday before Pesach 2002.

Yonah experienced two Pesach seders, and heard the third bracha of Birchat Cohanim. Then our precious little guy died on the morning of the 2nd of Pesach. The doctors said it was SIDS.

Yonah will always be our precious little angel, and he'll be remembered forever, our beloved bechor.
