Strangers with Candy
A Burden's Burden

In Coach Wolf's class, the students must learn a lesson about parenthood, by taking care of an
actual baby until they learn the important lesson.  Jerri is up first.  She names the baby Dizzy
and learns that she and Dizzy don't click, so she leaves him in the park.  Dizzy is later found and
returned to Jerri.

After being teamed up with Tammi Littlenut on the project, Jerri transforms into a verbally abusive
husband/neglectful father.  She tries to have Dizzy sold, so that she and Tammi can have some alone time.  Jerri gets Tammi alone in a motel room.  However, Tammi calls Principal Blackman due to
Jerri's suspicious message concerning Dizzy, and he and Coach Wolf arrive with Dizzy and Kim Luck
(Sara's Cambodian war criminal houseguest who was caught trying to sell Dizzy).  Jerri tells Principal  Blackman that it was Tammi who was trying to have Dizzy sold (even though Jerri was the guilty party), and all ends well for Jerri.  The lesson she learns is that it's easier being a single mother when  you're "neither single nor the mother."  Principal Blackman comments that Jerri "must be   exceptionally unfit for motherhood."  This pleases Jerri, who is now free of her burden, Dizzy.

Mr. Jellineck scenes:  The episode opens in a men's restroom.  In the restroom, Mr. Noblet and Mr.
Jellineck are acting out a fantasy scenario, in which both of their wives are dead.  This gets them
in the mood, and they soon get down to business.  Later, Mr. Jellineck helps Orlando with his
pottery, advising, "Grasp the pot like you would a mischievous child's neck.  Go on, dig your thumbs
in there, like you're gouging out the eyes of an enemy."  He compliments Orlando's work:  "I'm
gonna go run and get some cereal, you almost got a bowl there."

After Jerri leaves the baby in the park, it's found by Mr. Jellineck and Mr. Noblet, who happen to
be there at 3:00 in the morning.  He and Noblet can be seen wearing each other's shirts while sitting
in Principal Blackman's office, when Principal Blackman confronts Jerri regarding her abandonment
of Dizzy.  (The sweater that Mr. Noblet is wearing in this scene can later be seen being worn by Mr.
Jellineck in the other season one episodes, "Bogie Nights" and "Jerri is Only Skin Deep.")
Later on, Mr. Jellineck and Mr. Noblet happen to be at the same motel as Principal Blackman and the  others.  Mr. Jellineck and Mr. Noblet take Tammi and Kim Luck into their motel room.

During the closing credits, Mr. Jellineck dances with Mr. Noblet in a motel room, and they close the
curtains.
Chatting at the urinals with Mr. Noblet.
Helping Mr. Noblet shut off the light.
Giving Orlando some pottery tips.
Telling Jerri, "It doesn't matter when   you get here - just what time."
Sitting in Principal Blackman's office,  wearing Mr. Noblet's sweater.
"What's that smell?"
Mr. Jellineck and Mr. Noblet's
evening at the motel is interrupted by  the commotion outside.
