Murrell Albert Lynch deserted his family in 1849. Cynthia Ann filed for divorce -  Murrell was listed in the Hopkins Co. census in 1850 and 1860 as insane. He was in the 1870 Caldwell Co. Ky census as insane.
James P. Wadlington, widower of Cynthia Ann Davis Lynch Wadlington, married Martha F. O'Bryan in Hopkins Co. Ky. May 1860.
