| Finally.... Well after 8 years of perfecting our relationship we finally tied the knot. It took a few years to plan the wedding, with all the cut backs that had to be made while Roger was in school and then with my hours being cut back it wasnt easy. And then theres the Wedding itself, I dont think i need to mention that we, the Bride & Groom, were 30 minutes late to our own Wedding... Ha Ha..... I also missed my hair & makeup appt and without any gel or hairspray my hair was deffinetly flat! My dress is another story in itself. It was a bit see-thru and all though i fixed that problem it began to bunch up in the back. Hence the Burgundy Cape. Roger was a bit jumbled himself starting with 2 days before the wedding he cut his thumb pretty bad while doing the dishes and needed 9 stitches total in 2 fingers. (Anyone notice the big white bandage on his thumb) Since we were late he didnt have time to shave his 5 o'clock shadow either.. But then again since we didnt have time to primp ourselfs up to be picture perfect we really looked the parts of a Renaissance Bride & Groom. I had made these beautiful wedding bubble sets as favors during the wedding. Mini white Wedding cakes wrapped in shear white tulle covered with gold specks and tied with gold rope. "Why didn't you get one?" They were left in our hotel room. Along with Royal colored wedding scrolled time capsules for each of the guests to fill out and leave for the newlyweds to open on their 25th anniversary. AAh and then theres our marriage license.... also left in the room...... |
