Hint: Copy the questions from the website and paste them into a word document then position the insertion point under each question and type the correct answer. a. How many lines can you merge at a time? b. List the steps in merging and centering a title. c. When multiple files are arranged on the screen, how is the active file indicated? d. List the 4 ways you can arrange the window files. e. What feature do you use to link worksheet together? f. What is the definition of a hyperlink? g. What does AR and AP stand for? h. What happens to hidden columns and rows when you print? i. List the steps to freeze column B in a spreadsheet; list the steps to unfreeze column B. j. Explain what the Print Titles feature does. 6. Label, save, print--YOU BETTER DO YOUR OWN WORK AND FIND YOUR OWN ANSWERS. NO ONE IS TO TALK DURING THIS ACTIVITY! TUESDAY: 1. Do try it outs p. 122-125. 2. Complete rehearsal p. 126-127. 3. List all the IF statement conditional operators from p. 112. c. What symbols do you use around text for it to appear correctly in an IF statement? d. If you have a 100 page spreadsheet and you have entered a header, on how many pages will the header show up? e. List the 10 items in a Customized header. f. If you insert today's date in a header or footer in a spreadsheet, type how it shows up on the screen--how does it show up on hardcopy when you print. g. If you want to summarize data from several sheets onto a totals sheet within a workbook, what type formula would you use? h. List the ways a style can be formatted--there are 6. i. What can you do with the Find and Replace feature? 6. Label, save, and print--Again, no talking during this activity. Look up the answers on your own. WEDNESDAY 1. Type the answers to the encore questions p. 131. 2. Label, save, and print 3. Click in the link at the right and get a study guide for a test on Thursday. 4. Quietly get it stamped and bring it back for extra points. THURSDAY: 1. Study quietly for test 2. Take test when I have indicated for everyone 3. Finish all work for the week. 4.
