1. Splitting cells--returns the cells to their normal width.

5. Trial balance--a list of all acoutns in a business ledger and the balances for the end of the month.
6. Unhide--action that will show rows or columns.
7. IF statement--way to test a situation in a formula.
8. Logical function--another name for IF statement.
9. Header/footer--feature that allows you to repeat the same information on each sheet.
10. 3-D reference--way to summarize data from several sheets onto one.
11. Style--term refers to a definded colleciton of data formats such as fonts, size, indentation, etc.
12. Find and replace--the quickest way to look for an item on a page.
13. Consolidated income--statement that combines data from various divisions into one.
14. Balance sheet--a financial report that shows the value of the firm's assets and liabilities.
15. Freeze panes--way to lock a group of rows or columns above or to the left so the row or column does not move during scrolling.
16. Paste link--feature that will link cells to another worksheet so that data can be changes in both locations at the same time.
17. Accounts payable--lists all vendors that the business must pay.
18. Accounts receivable--lists all customers that owe the business money.
19. Worksheet--means spreadsheet.
20. < means less that; > means greater than; <= means less than or equal to; >= means greater than or equal to.
